“An Outstanding Realtor, AMY SPOCK!!!! We had already found a different realtor for the new house we were building across town. But suddenly, we kept receiving mail communications from Amy Spock, showing me how much our house was worth, revealing her fantastic sales record, and disseminating friendly neighborhood news. (Amy Spock lives on my street and saved and kept our dog when she got loose.) We really didn’t know her very well; but, we were so impressed with her communication outlays. We called and asked her to come over to talk about possibly being our realtor to sell our present house. She quickly responded; and, we met with her within a day! After spending several hours talking about the process of selling and how she markets the house, we realized she was a DYNAMO; and, we signed with her at that first meeting. When it was time to market the house, the sign ‘Coming Soon’ was immediately placed in our front yard. Then Amy sent out beautiful invitations asking the neighborhood to come to a private open house, serving lunch! Right after, our house was put on Zillow and the Realtors website. Amy has a fantastic photographer and videographer. The presentation of my house was unbelievably beautiful. (Amy had already let me spend an hour with a staging professional and we did exactly what she said!) Our house showed up on all the realtors’ websites one day and the next day was the open house weekend to the public. Amy had a snow cone truck in front of the house; and, it also served pastries. There was a grand showing of people that first weekend of open houses. Six days later we received our first offer. It was exactly what we asked for. The potential buyers offered the list price and said we could lease back until we could move into our new house!!! Amy stated more offers were coming; we said we’d like to work with the first offer since it was just right! Throughout the whole process, Amy was very attentive, instantly calling and returning calls to explain the process. Amy stated she would do anything we wanted to do. Next was an arduous time of inspections and repairs. Amy remained ever loyal to whatever we expressed. We have been through several closings.
